HOME DELIVERY ACROSS THE COUNTRY

The products on the site will be delivered within 48 hours of the order using the delivery method specified by you. We cannot take responsibility for any late delivery. You can request the package to your workplace or apartment on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Home delivery fee: HUF 1,190 (free for purchases over HUF 17,000).

We recommend that you specify a delivery location where our courier can definitely find you or your representative if you arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, make sure that you have the amount needed to settle the invoice if you are not waiting for the package, but a representative of yours. When ordering, you can enter delivery-related data in the comments section (e.g. doorbell, porter, agent, etc.). If you encounter any problems with the delivery, please call the customer service number of our contracted logistics partner, GLS Hungary, where you can get accurate information using the tracking code received in the confirmation letter.

SIMPLE PAYMENT BY BANK CARD OR CASH ON

Internet bank card payment (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard)

If you choose this option, your payment will be made through Shopify.hu's internationally recognized, secure payment system with all the necessary authentication, where you can pay for the order with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards suitable for online payments. The payment is the same as the payment procedure offered within the framework of similar services of banks. The system automatically confirms all transactions to you by email.

Cash payment to courier (cash on delivery)

You can also pay the price of your order to the delivery courier. You will then receive a receipt that confirms both the receipt of the package and the fact of payment.
